Featured Poet at Walking Is Still Honest Press

Honored to have been selected as this week’s featured poet for an interview at Walking Is Still Honest Press (May 4, 2016). Founded in 2013 under Nostrovia! Poetry & protected by The Southern Collective Experience, W.I.S.H. Publishing believes “each poet deserves to be recognized holistically by the public as the unique individuals they are”. My interview will be followed up by a poem which will go live this coming Friday (May 6, 2016). Many thanks to Jeremiah Walton, Holly Holt and everybody else at W.I.S.H. editorial board for this opportunity.

  1. What a great interview, Debasis! Congratulations for being selected and on the wonderful job you did expressing your ideas about what it means to be a poet and how you create your own work. I didn’t realize you were tri-lingual, and how richly that pours backward into your English language poetry. Thanks for telling us about your interview. Just reading it enriched me!
